Game periodically stops responding to input for seconds or minutes

Same nearly unplayable

Have the same issue, sometimes it happens multiple times for one location and then may not happens for half and hour, game is literally unplayable. My internet connection is not the best one but it is definitely not so bad, other online games work fine.
I start collecting WinMTR logs from instance to instance (I used the following guide https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789) and was able to capture the problem.

Same here, random 2k spikes out of nowhere and game freezes for 2-3 seconds every minutes or so, literally unplayable. This happens after every league start and continues for around 1 month until people stops playing, FIX YOUR EU SERVERS GGG!

Same for me. I've had this happen before and connecting through a VPN helped. Now it does either way.

True, that our ISP's also fail, but the tracing to the EU servers is obnociously bad.

So you are saying, non-EU servers might work better?
If this is true, I might just give it a try. I'd rather have 100ms lag consistently than 10ms lag with 120000ms lag in between

This happens to me in EU as well, I have two internet connections at my disposal. One gets the odd 4k ms lag spikes every minute or so, like clock work.

The other one gets DCs all the time (like 5 times within a single zone while leveling), but no 4k lag spikes. i don't know what to do really. The game is unplayable.

still cant play

I am getting disconnected every 30-40 seconds just like everyone else. I checked everything on my end and there are no issues. The game just freezes while the world continues to go. I die in game and get kicked with an unexpected error warning.

Update: I checked through everything in the trouble shooting thread that is pinned again. Did not work. Now disconnecting within 10 seconds of entering any zone. I can't even get through act 5 at this point it is so bad.
