Rework ideas for Uul Netol's Embrace (Bone Nova)

In the last 5 leagues or so, i tried to theorycraft a build around the boss drop Uul Netol's Embrace. But it needs a rework since no one uses it and as a boss drop it should be a little bit more usable. Not a complete one but a little balance to make it usable again. Espacially the Bone Nova skill is worth the rework.

Here are some ideas:

1) The "Cannot cause Bleeding" modifier on the bone nova has to go!
It ruins nearly every build around that skill and it would make it sooo much more usefull it that stupid modifier wouldn´t be there.
Just think of it....you got hit by a massive bone-splinter and you wouldnt start bleeding?

2) Since there is no modifier in the entire game for bleed proliferation, that modifier could make it worth building around. So either the weapon or just the bone nova skill should have that modifier.

3) In addition or instead of the bleed prolif it could get a modifier like: bleeds you inflict with this weapon deal XXX% more damage.

4) The Weapon has a high base damage but a very slow attack speed. That is totally fine and should be retained since it needs a downside (maybe lower it even a little bit more). The same goes for the Bone Nova skill. The 0.5 sec cooldown is fast enough to bring an actual use (even if it would be 1 sec cooldown with the ability to inflict bleed) and it is slow enough so people cant exploit it.

Fires Projectiles in a circle
You cannot Cast this Spell directly
Effectiveness of Added Damage 120% (previously 100%)
Stored Uses 1
Cooldown 1s (previously 0.5s)
Damage Multiplier 120% (previously 100%)



Its a really cool unique item and deserves some love.
