a curiosity about Blackflame(unique ring)

Blackflame has these two mods 'Enemies Ignited by you take Chaos Damage instead of Fire Damage from Ignite' and 'Withered does not expire on Enemies Ignited by you'


My question is, Whether 'Ignited by you' can be applied to Ballistar totems I summoned?


And...In conclusion, Can Blackflame be a valid option for Explosive arrow which linked Ballistar totem support?

This section on the wiki (https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Totem#Skills_cast_by_totems) seems to suggest that the 'by you' part of Blackflame would apply.

The easiest way to test this would be to equip a Blackflame, and link a totem to a skill that can ignite. PvP someone who has CI allocated (and preferebly no regen). Cast the totem. If the other person takes damage, then it doesn't work. If the other person takes damage, then it does work (ignite > converted to Chaos damage, but they are immune to chaos damage).
