Where does vermillion rings drop?

They can drop on arealvl 78 from uniques/rares and arealvl 79 from magics as well btw.

I am not 100% sure on that cause i am pretty sure i had vermillion rings with <80 ilvl already (just did a quick search on trade, and yea, you can get them lower for sure). Not 100% certain what mechanic is behind that as well.

Drop is just a thing cause uniques/rares can drop with +2 levels and magics with +1.

E: Didnt really find anything on a quick glance, only thing i can think of are divination cards which give an item with the itemlevel of the character that turns the cards in if no other itemlevel is stated on the cards...
that doesnt explain why lowest ilvl vermillions on tradesite are ilvl 70 though (you would expect at least a few lower ones as well)... idk honestly lol
