They normally put it out as the last news post before the league starts, so if you are in America, should be Thursday.

Check for it on Friday, 14:00 or 15:00, or even earlier. CEST time.

" usually the last news post before launch on friday (with the link to torrent) will be out early in the morning, around 8:00, CEST time. (i always download the torrent right after breakfast lol).
