3.19 + Summon SPECTRAL Spirits - Mistakenly missed?

Hi,

I frequently use the "Summon Spectral Spirits" minion from:

I have noticed that these minions seem to have been accidentally missed from the minion changes for 3.19.

They still have the "15% less Added Damage" and lack the damage modification that the summon **RAGING** spirits received.- Basically some balancing to bring the skill to a reasonable/usable level.

Please can you make your developers aware of this in hope of a quick amendment before launch.
