The most important skill you can know in 3.19

The ability to leave a game with a loss

Alot of players have bonded with a digital product. This latest "patch" proves, a big part of your life you spent accumulating virtual imaginary things can be worth nothing after a few keystrokes on a computer by some guy. I've seen this stuff before when WOW players get perma banned for racism after investing 6-7 years of their life into a digital virtual product.

Oh yeah, 3.19 sure is exactly like that....

If the entire value of the time you spent playing PoE is just a pile of ex in standard then I can't help but feel that you really should have done something else a long time ago. The only value your time playing a video game ever really should have is fun.

Also are you implying that I should have sympathy for someone being perma-banned for racism? I'm not sure who would do that but it's not me.
When to quit
Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive.
Patch Notes 3.19:
Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.
You make this post every week.

There is no "loss" in a game where everything gets wiped every 3 months and there is nothing wrong with bonding with environments that people like.

You're just projecting your own shortcomings onto other people.

Being upset over racists getting banned is also a true Gamer moment.

Play leagues. Then you only lose 3 months, which you lose anyway ;)

Trust HCSSF,

There dwells the Truth and the Life.

In Eternal Rebirth you can find the key of immortality!

Eternal fun! Free respec! No regret orbs!

Aleluh-jah!

Stopjoke.tecentadmincommand.ban(void)

But you are right, that change is unfair for anyone long-term playing trade leagues.

Also is unfair for the SSF community, because of removal of divine recipe, you dont have any source of a MANDATORY crafting ingredient other than random drop.

Full support to the angry trade community!

Its the 2030 agenda friends; you will be happee but you will own nothing, neither a digital stack of orbs.
The humanity!

This is bigger than the Dogecoin collapse

Save us Musk!
You should see that s@it company Blizzard were you spend bigger amounts of money in a rigged game of roulette like HS per example and one nerf and you lost your money and your deck :)). Or take WoW for example, pay every month, pay for an expansion only to get same s@it with a different interface. Take D2Immortal were people spend huge amount of money and get nothing for them. The only person that did get something was a dude who spent 100k dollars to be op and now has no one to play with.

So yea, ex to divine change is not the worst change in history of gaming, there are worst sh@t like blizzard out there.

worth nothing

To be fair, I agree that the Divine/Exalt change seems overly rushed without really thinking through the ramifications. The reason(s) I think the change is bad, has nothing to do with hoarding in standard, though. I think of SSF as something you CHOOSE to play, even though you KNOW the game is balanced around trade. And I see Standard as something you CHOOSE to play, even though you KNOW the game - and its balance - is balanced and centered around leagues with fresh economy every three months.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
Maybe I should mention I played POE this year for like, not more than 2 weeks total, last thing I played was archnemesis. I jumped back to check things out last week, played some standard stuff for like 2 days maybe.

I also didn't play POE during Heist, Ritual, Ultimatum, Expedition, Scourge... and yeah I'm a league player.
