Help, need advice with build :(

Will say it short, found interesting build an Necro CwC VD/DD and want to try it out on 3.19. Also got similar backup build for this and now after mixing both builds as personal liking one siting confused if its even going to work. So need advice is this even going to work or just scrap whole idea.
