Like i dont know if you guys remember back in the days but divines used to be hella strong like 1-2 ratio exaltiez. I remember exalting my maps lmfao but this was way back.

I finally might oconsider slapping exalt on my jewels when I have that 1 empty suffix or preffix.

Doubt exalts will remain the main trading currency. The problem is that it will continuously lose value over time as there isn't really any demand for exalts now. Once people realize this, they won't want to hang onto exalts anymore, crashing it further.

Yeah, but Divines suffer from one main issue: people use them, frequently. The value will be quite a bit higher. Exalts will still be worth more than Chaos Orbs, but won't be suffer the same problem of supply the Divines will inevitably suffer.

I think the value of Divine orbs will be significantly higher than current Exalted Orbs.

I just think the dynamic will be Chaos->Exalted->Divine with it being like 300:15:1 respectively. (God I hope I'm way off)

People will stop using divines for their intended purpose since using them for metacrafting is a lot more powerful. It's just going to become a trading currency and used by the 1%. Few people are ever going to use a divine to reroll an item again for the chance of a minor buff when they can instead just sell it for a large amount and upgrade their gear by just buying better items.

when the game first launched exalts were about 1-15 chaos? 1-5 gcp. 1-2 divines.


even as much as 2 years later in standard, after exalts going up to about 60 chaos a piece at some point, they came back down to 1-20 chaos, and they were still 1-2 divines.


exalts were the main big trade currency items were priced in through all this time, even when eternal orbs were in the game dropping and it was exalts 3-1 or 4-1 eternals that didnt change exalts being the main trading currency.


when master crafting didnt exist and we didnt have corrupted 6 links dropping exalts were still the SoJ trading staple. so they didnt get where they are because they were worth 150 chaos, they were worth 15 chaos at points, and they didnt get there because divines were easy to generate or because of master mod crafting. divines have arguably always had a stronger sink than exalts.

they got there because of their rarity was about right and we needed a staple currency to use as a proxy for a large quantity of gold and everyone needed to be in on the idea, exalts got the job. theres no need for that to change, most players will not have read these patch notes and will not care, will not notice. the exchange rates will change, the prices will change, but theres no reason everyone needs to swap item pricing to divines.


people did actually use exalts when they were 20c each.

As an SSF player, I almost always used Exalts on Jewels.
Now...may actually be some slam-crafting.

I think exalted will be 40-100c with a possibility of exalt crashing down to 5-20c

divine will be above 200c with a possibility of going above 400c

in std its already 2 divines for 1 exalt and exalt will keep dropping in price

I wonder why would you make a currency that is rare and useless. People won't ex slam anyway ( Is Leo still a thing?), and the ones that did slam exes were already swimming in them.
