Confirming this is happening in the US west region, as well.

Im having the same problem, but it's some act 2 mob particle. Just wanted to return checking out upcoming league but I guess it remains unistalled, lots of nerf to figure out accesible builds anyways.
It's hilarious they cant even let you install their game without googling for solution or using 3rd party tools (vpn), just like ingame lol. But dont forget to buy the new supporter packs! Last edited by Pheu#6096 on Aug 13, 2022, 2:35:48 AM

In preparation for the new league I wanted to install the game, but I am also getting this error.

Might just need to wait for the Torrent this week. Or go with the Steam version.

Same issue, after a break I tried to install the game again and I get this error on the Bundles2/Art/particles/monster_particles/act4_47.bundle.bin file.
I tried restarting the client, uninstalling and restart with a clean install, using the hash checker tool (that said fixed a lot of files but nothing changed) and even using phone as hotspot to have a different network access but no method worked and I'm still stuck not being able to play the game. While using a VPN might solve the issue it's not a viable solution for everybody and POE is the only game that's giving me problems. |

Issue seems to finally be patched and was able to patch up to 3.18.1 as of evening of 16/08/2022, east coast NA.

US West saw this issue on 03/22/2024 while downloading a recent patch.
Update: tried the following and all failed: Failure 1: tried running PackCheck.exe, and after it said repaired a lot of hash errors, run client. Failed Failure 2: tried renaming Content.ggpk (to make it not recognized), and run client to download a new Content.ggpk (instead of only downloading the small patch). Failed Failure 3: combined the above two. Failed Failure 4: tried renaming Content.ggpk, then reset the internet and restarted the PC, then run client. Failed Failure 5: tried VPN, connected to a nearby location, then rename Content.ggpk, and run client. Failed Finally, I succeeded by: Step 1: don't rename the original Content.ggpk (which I renamed a few times above, but not removed) Step 2: VPN connected to another Country Step 3: run the client. It finally succeeded. Might not work for all cases, just for reference. I'm also not sure, for further patches, do I still need to use VPN or not.
