or nah?

Divines in new league will go for like 400-600c.

For Divines - there is no easy way to get them (no shards, no vendor recipe, limited cards), and functionally they are much better currency than an exalt. You actually want to use divines on both uniques and rares, while exalt slams are very very niche and rare usage of the orb.

And I don't mind this, shuffles are good thing.

Just wait and see how much something simple like 5% brass dome will cost. I would say A LOT. Let's not start with perfect rolled Ashes..

Dude no one gonna divine uniques if each try gonna cost 400c unless its mageblood. Just like no one was slamming their rares when exalts was 170c

Divines won't be used like in the past anymore since their use for metacrafting is going to be the most powerful. So everyone is just going to sell their divines to the 1% who will burn them in the crafting station. Other than that, it will only be used to actually divine top tier items that cost a massive amount, like near perfect 5 T1 or 6 T1 items. Or divine super expensive uniques.

Divines basically just got deleted from the game for anyone that's not using or crafting top tier gear. Most players will never use a divine again.

Its simple for me. With all sources combined you get now like 5-6 times more exalteds then divines while they have the same droprate. So i would sell one divine for around 5 ex. Im to lazy to calculate the price in chaos. :D

But we got exalts in return. I cant remember when was last time I actually used exalt to add mod. Now If they gonna be like 30c each I will.

I will gladly pay you 5ex for a divine if no further changes done by GGG.
reading previous thoughts - this is gonna increase the value of perfectly rolled uniques substantially. This is probably why they did this at the same time as buffing them...gonna have to pay attention when a Unigque drops which makes them more exciting.

Like apple falls due to the gravity, the market follow its own maths and laws of supply and demand. Exalted orbs are so rare that that its value is based only in the demand of the market of a currency asset. Divine orbs were more common because a six linked were more common, then its value is lower.

My prediction. Nothing will change in the value of exalted orbs. While divine orbs are now trashed to be used only as currency, except for a little niche of crafting the highest top gear.
Exalt orbs will drop in the value because you no longer will use them for metacrafting (they changed cost of recipes to divine orbs instead)

Maybe for the top gear uniques the value will fluctuate from 1c to 1000c.

Metacrafting were already too niche except for those who get exited to craft the perfect item with 6 tier 1 mods. For the rest is cheaper to just roll essences and fossils until you get a item that is satisfactory to do the job.

You dont need item with 6 perfect T1 mods to "metacraft it". Lots of people were making items with just 3 good mods, then adding "can have 3 crafted mods" which costed 3ex IIRC. Now it will cost 3 Divines.
