Ritual alters - does the maplvl/blood filled vessel affect 4xvessel maps?

I was wondering if it matters what lvl the blood filled vessel is when you use 4 of them in the map device in terms of loot to roll, favor possible etc etc etc

for example using 4x81maplvl blood filled vessels versus 4x83map lvl vessels
