Ring mods

I have two rings I haven't used ever since I crafted them since I can't use them at the time. When I checked them again today, I noticed something odd and they don't have some of the mods they used to have.


Dragon Grasp used to have;
Prefix: Maximum ES T1
Prefix: Open
Prefix: Non-Channeling Skills have -8 to total Mana Cost (+15% Catalyst)
Suffix: Curse Enemies with Despair on hit, with 32% effect
Suffix: Strength T1
Suffix: Cold Res T1

Now it has;
Prefix: Max ES T1
Prefix: Open
Prefix: Non-Channeling Skills have -6 to total Mana Cost (+15% Catalyst)
Suffix: Curse Enemies with Despair on hit, with 32% effect
Suffix: Cast Speed T1
Suffix: Cold Res T1




Brood Whorl used to have T1 Maximum Mana and now it's T3





I know they shouldn't be like this, I hope to get help from you guys.


I left them in my tab because I was planning to use them when the time is right to use them for my build, I got bothered when I saw the mods got changed(?).

For your first ring, it's almost certain that you either divined or re-crafted the crafted mod, which changed the roll from a -7 to a -6. With 15% quality, -7 gets upgraded to -8 (-7*1.15 = -8.05, rounded down to -8), whereas -6 doesn't have enough (-6*1.15 = -6.90, rounded down to -6).

For the second ring, it's possible that you mis-remembered the value (68 vs 78, perfect T1). Mods don't randomly change, except in very specific cases on new patches. Assuming that you crafted the ring this league, this is not the explanation.

The problem is his first ring went from Strength to Cast Speed...

I literally didn't touch them ever since I crafted them, I put them in my stash together with my other crafted gear for my build so I can use them once I finish the rest of my gear. I'm 100% sure they were not like this. The first ring had -8 (that's with the +15% catalyst already) when I last checked it but for some reason it's now -6

The second ring really did have a T1 Mana, I was so proud of my craft at the time because it's the very first craft I made that had all T1.


I have some other rare items affected too but it didn't bother me a bit but these two are really concerning me because it's for my build.
