Vendor's gem experience

How much exp does have gems from shop? It depends on char level, for example what exp progress will be on Arc with 100 lvl char?

It caps out at some level, cant really tell but would assume lvl 68 cause that is used for many of these kinds of cap-mechanics ingame. So a lvl 100 char would get a gem with the same level/experience than a lvl 68 from the vendors.

(Actually tested it but had no 68er at hand lol)

Vendor gems with levels cap out at about 338k xp on the gem (low-mid 50's lvl req). I'm not sure what character level you hit that cap at, but it's long before you hit level 100. It's probably by end of campaign/early mapping levels.
