Soul of Solaris - Pantheon bug

I have 5 divine vessel and captured the souls of bosses in
Soul of Soloris in Dark Forest Map, Orchard Map and Caldera Map

Soul of Gruthkul in Cemetery Map

Soul of Abberath in Summit Map

I got all 5 divine vessel filled up and talk to Sin but when I checked, the boss in Dark Forest is not unlock (blue color) as you can see in the 1st image it is greyed out. I know I give 5 to Sin. So I tried to do the Dark Forest Map again with divine vessel but I got an error that I already captured the soul.

Can someone advise?
