Crystallized Omniscience

So one thing that bugged me with this amulet and it's really unintuitive is that the +all attributes stat only counts as one attribute, instead of all 3.
Now the amulet was already busted and increasing its power even further with this change would have been unreasonable, HOWEVER after this patch i think it would be a nice change to complement and compensate a bit for this heavy nerf.

they nerfed it not to buff it again, and they nerfed it not to compensate it i don't see why would they buff an item that even if nerfed will stay the strongest amulet "and possibly item" in the game BY FAR.

Hybrid attribute modifiers only exist off of unveils/crafted, with the all attributes one just being the only natural roll. The attribute % increase vs dex/str/int % increase is the one that would be dangerous but considering it from an intuitition standpoint rather than a gameplay mechanics standpoint they really could do to give it that for the sake of clarity. Nodes on the tree for total attributes dont really go beyond 40 for a 20/20 node afaik which isnt considerably more when given that omni is seeing its effect cut in half.



The reason why minion charges were nerfed extremely heavily was "mechanics clarity" they could stand to do a buff in favor of clarity as well.

So, you have an amulet with +10 all Attributes.

Rather than counting as just a flat +10, he wants it to count as basically +30, +10 for each Str, Dex, and Int.

Oh so it's specifically and only about the implicit on the amulet itself? Because on all your other gear a T1 or T2 single stat affix is more omniscience than "all attributes" would be anyway. Thanks for clearing that up.

And OP, don't count on it. If GGG could they would probably change the implicit to something even worse, because having a bad implicit encourages people to vaal their omnis and take them out of circulation.
the veiled mods could, if it would work as op wants it to, give more than a single max roll. But as explained they don't (currently).
