All Guild members got banned

Hi there,
All of our Guild members have been banned because of "Breaching Terms of Use". Some members have not been online for a month or even for 3+ months. There were only 6 active users when it happened. We enjoy the game together, and our Guild does not relate to any stranger (do not invite any more users for a long time) GGG selling Guild stash, so we store many many items and currency in guild stash, then use it together. We start the League at the beginning of July. We don't RMT or use BOT or doing sth illegally. We have about 10 pure mirrors and many mirror tier items here. But why did we get banned at the same time ? This is a serious problem. No matter what it is, banning everyone even if they are not doing anything is not fair. Its 2 time we got banned like this. It makes us bored. We would quit this game if GGG did not give their point for this case. We are just a small Guild with no influence. Chances are this post will be forgotten. We aren't able to assist with account-related issues over the forums. If your account has been banned, you can view the ban reason by logging into the banned account here on the website and going to your profile page. The ban reason will show on the right side of the page and that is where you'll find the option to appeal your ban. You'll need to submit your appeal via this method on the website so that the accounts investigation team can review your case. They will respond to you with more information once they review your appeal via your Messages inbox found at the top left of the page while you are logged in on the account. Thanks for your reply. But we did.
At last, some members has been unbanned. But some ban appeal request has been declined. Which includes the guy that is not online for 4 months. How did he "Breaching Terms of Use" during this time ? And now it happened again. So next LG we may got banned again and again ? |

" well lets start with the most pressing thing about this --> "Its 2 time we got banned like this. It makes us bored." This is very clear that "whatever" you / your clan are doing, is triggering GGG's "cheat engine"..... The reason for all getting banned at the same time is because GGG see all these accounts "benifit" for the "breach of ToS" = they all have to be banned. This is ALOT of "wealth" for this short time --> "We start the League at the beginning of July. We don't RMT or use BOT or doing sth illegally. We have about 10 pure mirrors and many mirror tier items here."...... Do you share hardware with each other / play on each other pc's and stuff? Do you all live together / use the same public IP ? So GGG will not give you any reason to why you are getting banned other the maybe the sections of ToS you all breached. This is their policy. So if you want anything to come from this, you will properly need to contact "consumer protection" in your contry or "take legal steps". GL Exile. |
