Remove Raise Spectre gem

TL;DR:

- It has always been FUN to try out all the new monsters a new league might bring; some may be decent, some others bad, some others quite good to clear all the content. Now?

- We get to use TIER 3(!) spectres at level 20. Tier 3. Tier. [redacted]. 3. Without any easy way to bump them to level 33. There is no trying out any monster now; they will all be bad in terms of damage and survivability with some minor exceptions, but they'll lack either the damage or the survivability.

- I don't know what minions did to you, GGG, but you really want to see most of them dead. Why don't you remove them from the game? It'll be easier for you to sleep. And easier for the other games to offer proper necromancer characters having the keyword "fun".

I assume that's someone who's popular? Well if they're giving up then i guess my gear will finally go down in price!

What gear are you referring to? Generic necro gear will be sought by the few remaining summoner builds.

Anyone remembering how you could beat shaper even with tier B spectres? fun times.

And it was FUN to use Tier 2 or 3 spectres just to see whether they are at least usable or not.

@GGG: Now that you effectively removed Spectres from game (level 70 LOL), you can also remove all the other permanent minions, as they seem to bother you very much.

While you are at it, remove harvest too; I don't have any idea how you could leave harvest in such a lousy state.

My lovely spectres are gone..

Should just remove the Necromancer ascendancy.
