Possible manifesto oversight regarding Wind Dancer and Ghost Dance

It sounds like you killed this interaction. I'd like to think that it's intentional, but if this was an oversight in an attempt to buff it, then the sum total is probably a nerf. You gain something like +1% evasion but you lose the interaction because it's no longer related to Evasion Rating.

The feedback forum and the manifesto itself are being flooded with complaints, so it's hard to be seen with anything valid there.

1. take this to the correct forum, this is not a bug, this is feedback.

2. (wind dancer) the 10% more chance to evade is significantly more powerful than 40% more evasion rating, for one of my characters with only a decent amount of evasion its doubling the extra amount of evasion.

3. your going to be avoiding more hits, so the interaction between the 2 keystones is ultimately irrelevant and balance out in the end(just the other change will be the difference of you evading 30-50% more hits(depending on how far you were scaling your evasion)).
