thanks for killing necromancer for casuals

the +2 was our way to get some power on minions. people who grind all day can make up for the loss with top tier gear that wont be accessible to us casuals. way to go GGG
seriously why do you hate casual players so much?

I'm hoping Ghazzy can make a comfy starter / casual minion build that will replace the skeleton build a bit. In terms of power vs investment. I know quite some players that enjoy things a bit easier from the start and I have to admit that it was my go-to at times when I was in doubt.

Anyway, what I don't like is the broadness of this nerf. It's not like specters or zombies or anything was meta op. I wonder how powerful the new items will be, what they'll cost and how much they'll be needed.

Skels required too little investment. Ok, agreed. Now all minions need (now much?) more. That'll teach those zombie/spectre builds they can't just rush ubers.

Hope Balormage was right and this manifesto is just incomplete.

^^
Did you try turning it off and on again?
Fleshcarfter / Good wand / good helm that the base is 4ex+ / Aegis / Ashes of the stars

All of the above is already quite a bit in and not needed to get busy in red maps at the start.

In 3.17 a 5l fleshcrafter and some very poor stuff got me going in t14+, it's a very comfy start.

I'm not, did t14+ on a 5l. Inclusing many AN. That was 3.17 so I don't know where it was at this league. Did all AN with a 6l but still with a rabadon's cap. It was slow but it did it.

Is that uncommon?

T14+ isn't end game just to let you know. Doing T16 maps isn't Endgame :)

The context being necromancer for casuals, I might not have assumed the level of end game that is common to you.

Some guildies I played with did invest in skeleton mages and for the end game you refer to the investment was still relatively low, but that seems to be beside the point for this thread.

Or inform me in more detail on what you consider end game for casuals, to really let me know :)
