Craft related question (removing:changing implicit from unique)

Hey there! I am new to this game and do not really know much about crafting. I would like to remove an implicit mod from an item and/or replace it with “socketed skill gems have 90% cost and reservation multiplier”. Could you please explain me how to get this mod?

There are only 2 things you can do to unique items:

1. Reroll numeric values using a Divine Orb as long as the item is uncorrupted

2. Corrupt the items using a Vaal Orb, which can result in:
- adding an implicit
- nothing
- granting white sockets
- brick the item

So if you are chasing a specific unique with a specific implicit, you either have to buy the correct combo or buy/farm a massive amount of the item in question and slam all of them with Vaal Orbs, hoping to roll the desired implicit.

Note: The item can only be corrupted once! Exception being the Hands of the High Templar gloves dropped by Sirus. Those can actually be corrupted many times - usually until you get insanely lucky or more likely brick the item and end up vendoring it...
