Is elemental proliferation worth using with fire trap?

What the video shows is that the fire trap burn damage stacks with "real" burning status effect from spells/crit and also "burning" passives/items will affect the fire trap dot.

So yes using Elemental Proliferation on fire skills, combined with fire trap works. U simply should not link it to fire trap itself.
