I suggest the property "Monsters can't steal charges from you"

Dear GGGs, a new league is coming soon [Removed by Support], I have the following to offer:

Make a new corrupt on Jewels (or skill mastery) "Monsters can't steal charges from you"

The presence of monsters in the game that remove charges from the player kills defensive mechanics with endurance charges. Look at poe.ninja:
juggernaut - 0.3%
chieftain - 0.4%
Why do you think? (not counting the low DPS of course)

Maybe someone will say such corrupt would be OP, but let me ask, is "Corrupted Blood cannot be inflicted on you" not OP ? And almost everyone uses it.

Either of those would go a long way to improve charge builds. I had to abandon endurance charges when I kept rolling "monsters steal charges" on maps, and Drought Bringer is irritating enough when it's taking away flask charges; I don't need to have multiple layers of defense stripped away because of one archnemesis mod.
