[BUG] Celestial Herald Effect MTX not working properly (Secrets of Suffering disable the effect)

Bruh.

You have already stated you can see the mtx on your character's hands when you have it applied to your character and have the Herald buff active. Thus, the mtx is applying to your character and the Herald, and is not bugged.

If you can't trigger the Herald's on-kill effect, there will be nothing occurring for the microtransaction to be applied to and visually change other than the buff on your hands. The on-kill effect IS NOT HAPPENING AT ALL due to you having Secrets of Suffering, as it is preventing you from triggering both Herald of Ice and Herald of Thunder.

I don't understand why you think Scorch has anything at all to do with this - none of the Herald effects cause or rely on Scorch whatsoever. Scorch is irrelevant to your issue.

This is not bugged, at this point you are just refusing to comprehend the gameplay mechanic in this case, despite several people trying to help you and an employee of the game itself moving this out of the bugs forum because it is not a bug.

And in all this arguing about ailments, why no one explain the fact that the MTX is working fine with Secrets of Sufferings and Scorch?

What does scorch have to do with anything?

Scorch is working with this MTX and you can see the effect in game.

Following your thinking when you Scorch enemies (thanks to Secrets of Suffering keystone) the MTX should not work, but it is the opposite.
So Scorch can show the MTX and the celestial explosion, but other ailments (brittle/sap) nope. Any explanation about that?
Another time, this is clearly a bug: or Scorch should not results in celestial explosions, or other ailments (brittle, sap) should do the same.

And more arguing about aimlents, when there is NO MENTION at all about this MTX as a "Celestial Ailments (but not brittle and sap) Herald Effect".

We are way above a misleading description, purchasing an MTX effect should not be a bet in the lottery.
And for some reason no one is talking about the misleading MTX description... uh?

Do you think you need to ignite/scorch for herald of ash or something? Right after telling people to read?
Not a bug.

You will need to unallocate Secrets of Suffering in order for the MTX to apply to your Herald of Ice and Herald of Thunder, as Secrets of Suffering is not allowing you Chill, Freeze or Shock.

Herald of Ash does not require an ailment to be applied at all for its effect to occur, hence why the MTX is being applied.

If this is true, why the description of the effect is no mentioning that the MTX is applied only to some ailments?

It's not applied to the ailments it's applied to the skill, which requires ailments to function.

Herald of Thunder: "If you kill a shocked enemy"
Herald of Ice: "If you shatter an enemy" - this has already been discussed that shatter requires specific uniques or freeze

If I apply an MTX to raise zombie does that mean it's bugged when I try to raise zombies with no corpses around and nothing happens?

Okay.

Is it something philosophical about the descriptions in the MTX store?
You know, something like the Bertrand Russell paradox, a linguistic paradox...

For me, this MTX has a misleading description.
For some people, the MTX:

Cool.
I'm glad we could clarify that this isn't a bug for you, have a nice day
Secrets of Suffering does not disable the MTX effect, Secrets of Suffering disables the herald effect.

MTX is not applied to the ailments.
Herald of Ice/Thunder requires ailments to function.
