I have a Vermillion Ring with 8% increased maximum life implicit, and +58 str and +94 maximum life.
I have an Amethyst ring with +79 to maximum life.
Yet, the Amethyst ring gives me more life.
My friend tested both rings, and he gets 300 more with the Vermillion.
POB for my build also gives me 300 more life with the Vermillion Ring, but it is not ingame.
It is as though the implicit is not working.
I can't think of anything else than this is a bug?
Couuld soemthing else be doing this?

Your Amethyst ring also gives you 29 dexterity. Maybe you don't meet some requirements when you take it off

pretty sure that @Ashrielium is spot on here. You properly loose and item because of the missing DEX.

pretty sure that @Ashrielium is spot on here. You properly loose and item because of the missing DEX.
I guess he doesn't have enough Dex for Sniper's mark in his other ring without it to be more precise.
