First found out about Josh from this video and have since watched almost every vid in his rather impressive archive. He does an amazing job focusing on getting to the deep root of a situation and *actually wanting to fix it to make the game better, instead of just dissing devs or complaining*! He also doesn't present his ideas as the One True Solution, or as if he is the final word on how something should be made. Very refreshing!
