Celestial Tornado Shot FPS

I have been playing with Tornado shot(TS) for about a week. I decided to purchase the Celestial Tornado Shot(CTS) because it looks cool and I like the Celestial theme from other skills.

There seems to be a problem with the celestial skin for TS that other skins for the skill do not have. Particularly when in extra dense content and gaining soul eater/high attack speed and high projectile count.

Conditions for my maps-

Legion
Breach
Delirium mirror
eater witness
4x watchstones sextants that add packs of monsters
and occasional beyond

Game
Vulkan
bloom 130
dynamic resolution - 60 fps
Vsync disabled
FPS cap 100
detail settings - all min or off
Dynamic culling on
multi thread on

system


While using CTS if I have soul eater or very fast attack speed in general along with a few extra projectiles, my frames comes to a complete stand still (0 fps) for multiple seconds after firing TS into a pack of monsters. when not fighting monsters and just shooting into the air, it dips to single digit fps.

While using other TS skins, I may lose 10-20- or 30 fps under the same conditions but never really freeze or get down to single digit fps.

Both have the same conditions, relatively packed monsters, legion, fast attack speed. yet crystal TS frames remain smooth, celestial and becomes choppy and freezes.
