Spectres for Phys Minions 2022

What is the best spectre setup for phys minions (zombie or golems)?

We have 4 spectres:

x2 Host Chieftain
x2 Carnage Chieftain

or

x2 Host Chieftain
x1 Carnage Chieftain
x1 Arena Master

I heard that they nerfed Arena master (was 40% increased attack speed and dmg, now only 20%)

So what is the best spectre setup for 2022?

For permanent physical minions I'd go for:
x1 Carnage Chieftain
x1 Host Chieftain
x1 Demon Harpy
x1 Pale Seraphim

If your physical minions are temporary (eg. Skeletons, Spiders), I'd go for:
x2 Host Chieftain
x2 Carnage Chieftain
(you need your minions to get charges faster, because you're re-summoning them a lot)
