" I wanted to make a static strike build lately. If only they'd make lightning strike & static strike seem more different. Other than this 1 is slow & this 1 is fast. So your post says the chaos conversion is bad for static strike? or was it good? How else do you buff? Does attack speed help static strike hit sooner? I forgot.
