Chat commands not working because I can not put the "/" in the chat command line

This is a strange one. within the last couple weeks I am not able to put the needed "/" in front of chat commands in POE so they of course do not work.

I have of course rebooted, restarted many times and also verified the "/" works elsewhere like it does here.

Any Ideas?

never mind I found the problem. for reference, I inadvertently (apparently) assigned the / to a command in awakened POE trade. Once correct it is working again.
