It feels like the gem has been made with some different game in mind, rather than PoE 3.17
There are two generic "archetypes" that could potentialy find a use for the mechanics offered by the gem: MoM & Blood Magic but BM in general is a pointless keystone, the "10% more life" line is nowhere comparable to ~50% more eHP offered by a few defensive auras or ~40% more dps by offencive auras. MoM can't use the gem because there is no alternative to the stats offered by clarity Watcher's eye, high level Clarity is mostly usless for a build that has actually invested in mana and mana regen. As the result the gem is only used by a "bad build" or a perversion like wardlooper that shouldn't exist in the game at the first place.
