Energy shield regarge missing.

ES unexpectedly stop recharging and his value always is 0/626 (626 is a maximum of ES). There is neither degen nor any debuff.

There are a few causes, typically related to the keystone passives Divine Shield and Ghost Dance. It looks like you have the latter allocated.

Ghost Dance prevents ES from recovering beyond your Evasion Rating.

I think that usually, this won't be an issue for you. However, if you take an Exarch Altar with the downside "Player gains: -3000 armour, -3000 evasion rating", your evasion rating will drop to 0, and thus you won't be able to recover energy shield.

Since you are using Ghost dance, then ES can't regen above Evasion.
So no bug here but error 40 !! :)
