Atlas passives and Blighted Maps

Am I correct that the *only* atlas passive that affects blighted maps is Epidemiology? IE, the one that explicitly adds 25% modifier effect to blighted maps.

If it's not on the atlas then passive points have to specifically refer to them. In this case you are correct, the only one that affects blighted maps is Epidemiology.
