Extreme Performance Problem since Last Patch

Since last patch the loading times are extreme Long. Textures are not loading any More and map juicing is no more possible because the screen stutters so hardly

Also the action starts and the mobs are already over you before you are even ported in. This is a huge problem for skills like Arakaalis fang where you need to create spiders first. | |

Really long loading times since the last patch, please fix it, before this patch the performance was almost perfect.
