Loot hiding too quickly

Seems I spoke too soon. Next time I played the game loot now no longer shows at all unless I press z or alt to show all loot. Even if I put the settings back to how they were before I don't even get loot showing up for 5 secs before disappearing like it did prior to creating this post.
Did trial and error on all the options and different loot filters (including default), yet no matter what I do no loot (including maps, orbs etc.) is displayed without pressing z or alt.

Tried restarting the game numerous times with different settings, including restarting the PC.

Was experiencing this issue when I did a google search.

Alt shows loot

When your filter is off loot labels will disappear after a short amount of seconds. I kept hitting alt to display loot which defeated the purpose until I read your post and found that my filter was simply off. Turning it on lets the labels stay and alt will display hidden loot.

Anyway necro thread but if anyone else googles they can at least have an answer.
