Two Bugs I Encountered Today

Bug 1 (minor but recurring):
Minimap reveal ALWAYS resets whenever leaving and entering a map. This has been going on through the past two hotfixes, I, should not have to reinstall the game to fix such a minor bug.

Bug 2 (MAJOR problem):
Some enemies will damage/kill me BEFORE they even start and/or finish their attack animation. This is NOT okay.

And what's the point of the in-game report function if it tells me to just go here anyway?
