Pls help - is this a bug with mageblood?

I'm using the below flask setup with mageblood where is says grant immunity to bleed and corrupted blood.

However, i'm still getting bleed damage. is this a bug or am i using it wrongly??

the freeze immunity flask works perfectly fine though

Notice the "if used while bleeding." Mageblood makes it so you can't use the flask.
