Invisible Buff Effect MTX doesn't work

I have 13 invisible buff effect MTX.
When I clear all mtx effects on my character it says that I have 8/13 invisible buff effects available (incorrect, not the main bug, but may contribute)
I have 10 auras. I can allocate 8 invisible buff effects to skill gems directly.
When I try to allocate invisible buff effect (which shows 0/13) to the 9th aura it gives me a selection box with 13 invisible buff effects. All are allocated to my character, but the first seven have a yellow warning "This MTX is equipped to a currently unequipped item". The remaining six do not have the warning even though 8 of the gems show that they have invisible buff effect (incorrect, not the main bug, but may contribute).
If I select any of the invisible buff effects that have the yellow warning, then that skill gem gets the effect, but the invisible buff effect is removed from one of my *equipped* auras (the main bug). The net effect is that I always have two auras that are without the invisible buff effect.
