Concentrated Effect does not update DPS on Brandsurge Tooltip

Witchhunter's Judgment Highborn Staff grants the skill Brandsurge.
Concentrated Effect supports the skill and obviously reduces the radius of the skill, both initial cast and explosion, but the tooltip does not show a damage change while most supports do in fact change the tooltip dps. From simple tests using arcanist brand without supporting anything, I honestly can't tell if Concentrated Effect is truly changing the damage or not. Is Brandsurge somehow not dealing area damage, even though it explicitly deals damage in an area? Last bumped on Jun 23, 2022, 3:17:28 AM

" That's actually a misunderstanding, pretty common among players. My real concern is that Items that grant skills do not have gem tags at all, which is why things like +1 to AOE skills won't affect skills from items as that is the purpose behind gem tags. Gem tags also do not have anything to do with supportability.
