Kitava, The Destroyer - Lava Lake Map T16

i have 2 questions.

1. Apex sentiel dont empower kitava
2. when i kill kitava boss dont drop shaper map (i have compass)

i check this 4 times. this consume my compass charge, but dont drop map and i cant empower with sentinel.

its fine or bug?

The sentinel im not sure about but for the Shaper map I imagine you have singular focus so it turns the map into a transmute orb because shaper guardian maps cannot be favorited.
