Atlas maps still at Tier 1

Hello,

I can't get any further in the atlas as far as the low-level maps are concerned. Following problem:



In the meantime I have unlocked 110 of 115 maps. For example my Cold River map still has Tier 1 on the map. Somehow i don't get voidstones! Searing Exarch and Eater of Worlds don't do anything either! Is there an NPC I need to talk to that isn't in my hideout? Or did i miss a quest?

Any help would help me!

You don't appear to have beaten either the Searing Exarch or the Eater of Worlds yet, hence having no voidstones.
