Random PS4 client crash

For the last week or so, I've been experiencing PoE freezing/locking up so much so that I cannot even access the ps4 dashboard or quick menu. The only action available to me during these crashes is to hold the power button for a hard reboot of the console. I've tried narrowing it down to a certain activity that may be causing the problem but I have crashed in everything I've done. Including standing still in my hideout or looking through the player market and even the mtx store. Maps and even all ten campaign acts are not safe. I have nothing to offer that can help unfortunately. I hope something can be done soon.
