Unable to reclaim Skill Gem Effect

I am unable to reclaim my Skill Gem Effect in any capacity. Ive tried going in and manually unequipping it in the cosmetic tab. Going onto the character it was orignally equipped on and try reclaiming it there. So currently I cannot equip any skill gem effects. Anyone got any idea on how to fix this?

" All the times I have done it, I go to the new char - open char cosmetic - click the skill gem - select the cosmetic - get a warning that it's used on another char - select "override / equip" and that's it. Done. | |
