IF the correct account information is put into the e-mail, then it's a question on when it's your turn in the support queue.
People are no longer "allowed" to speculate about responce time because then their posts are either edited or deleted (in both cases you also recieve a personal "warning"...).

Uh, what? You mean if I write another rant about how this unethical policy harms innocent users (with false positives) more than it hinders cheaters, mention my vast personal experience in trying to talk with support email, and add a few sarcastic lines comparing "response time" on bans with response time on ban appeals (over the last couple of years), this is now considered a bannable "offense" too? :)

That''s what happend to me the last few posts I made where I "speculated" about response from either normal GGG support or account investigation department....

I mean do you work for GGG or what? Seems you sit in the help channel trying get that forum post count up by copy/pasting the same response to tons of different questions, instead of letting official GGG staff members respond.
