Cannot roll Caster Modifiers ignored by Harvest

This Wand should not be possible, with "Cannot roll Caster Modifiers" as "Adds Fire Damage to Spells" clearly is a Caster modifier
How it was crafted: original Affixes -------- Enemies you Kill have a 15% chance to Explode, dealing a tenth of their maximum Life as Physical Damage (implicit) -------- +1 to Level of all Spell Skill Gems +1 to Level of all Fire Spell Skill Gems Prefixes Cannot Be Changed (crafted) Cannot roll Caster Modifiers (crafted) Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers (crafted) -------- Harvest Reforge a Normal, Magic or Rare item as a Rare item with random modifiers, including a Fire Modifier.
