Why are the South African Servers DOG ^&%$ after 8PM Daily?!

Every single day after 8PM they are utter TRASH!

Yep, pretty bad on weekends especially

It's like clockwork, every night after 7 pm servers either feel laggy or can't even log onto them.

I got an instance crash, lost all my portals and now it only connects to EU servers even though I'm in principle connecting through SA gateway.

Gimme back my 70ms ping please!

Yeah deffo something wrong. Got a random disconnect and went from 7ms to 182ms. That only means it reroutes to EU servers. Can feel it immediately in the game response.

Seems GGG has under estimated the number of South African players and provided with way less then sufficient server capacity. Friday evening and connecting to South Africa realm but being placed on Frankfurt servers... Surely after 2 leagues of collecting data GGG can see that they need to provide better servers and more capacity as we have the player base to warrant it! Nothing worse then not being able to play your favorite game on a weekend because you having to deal with 180+ms .... Magic find on 2400hp on 180ms is near impossible

properly because it at that time becomes close to maximum capacity and new play instances is moved to other PoE gateways around the world.
Monitor your instance IP's to confirm this....

I have tested and it is not the server but the ISP, if I change over to mobile data the connection is perfect in the evening.

No that is 100% NOT the case.

When the South Africa server works, its so awesome playing on it.

That is until last night 10 June, even though it shows that the SA server is available, to log onto at the login screen, as soon as you actually get into the game, you are routed to the Frankfurt server.

Then sometimes while on the SA in your H/O as soon as you portal into a map. it changes to the Frankfurt server again.


And as said in an above, it is NOT the ISP connections. My link is always stable at 5 ms
