Incursion/Delirium & Contested Development

Bug Report: 2,179,197,037. Taken at completion of map rather than exact time of bug.

It appears that entering an incursion during the countdown to end delirium, into a Tier II room, and killing the resident architect overrides "Contested Development" and will reset the room to a tier I state rather than the intended Tier III state. I have only encountered this once given the rather limited conditions and acknowledge this is not a high-priority issue.

Confounding factors that may or may not be relevant:
Killed resident architect to change room (I don't recall which) to a Sacrificial Chamber Tier I.
Used one Stone of Passage to unlock NE passage to "Tornment Cells".
Overall map was "Underground River" T16.
2nd of 3 available Alva encounters. (1st & 3rd encounter killed non-resident architect, so can't re-confirm outside of the single instance)
8th of 12 overall incursion encounters towards building temple.

Issue appears to have resolved on opening a subsequent incursion after map completion. Appears to be a feedback only bug.
