[Xbox] Flickering when Trying to pickup a certain Item in the Labyrinth

I tried picking up this Item in the Labyrinth with a full inverntory:

Looks like it's actually a part of the Axe that is flickering there:



I tried reproducing it with other items or with the same Item in a different level but couldn't recreate the Problem
