Email Change

Hi

I've lost access to my old Email and was trying to login. Logging in requires me to get a verification code from my old Email.

I was hoping that changing the Email linked to this account to my recent one would work but I would need to verify that as well on my current Email.

Are there any workarounds to this?

Edit:
I've tried resetting my password on my old Email but it's sending a code to an old phone number I had. I have no other ways to open my old Email.

yes you now need to e-mail GGG support directly for this from your new e-mail.
In the e-mail include your PoE account name and 2 - 3 char names.

GGG support will then start a verification process to confirm that you are indeed the correct account owner. This process is SEVERAL e-mails from GGG support to you with security questions that needs to be answered correctly.
After this (if accepted by GGG), then will change the e-mail on your account.
