South Africa Server/Realm seems to be down since last night

Hi there, not sure if this is the correct channel to submit this.
South Africa Server/Realm seems to be down since last night, I tried to connect to it from different PC and different internet connection. When trying to connect I get: "An unexpected disconnection occurred." Not sure if someone already reported this, can the anyone please investigate? Thank you. Last bumped on Jun 11, 2022, 8:28:56 AM

Seems to be down again. If its not down then they perform extremely poorly at night. Surely by now GGG realizes there is a huge player base here more then they have allocated servers for? We just want to play the game on decent ping :(

Ay I see my ping is super high right now, could be a server problem. Hope they fix ^^

It's been pretty inconsistent in the evenings but it's almost unplayable today. Login via the SA gateway and get shifted to Frankfurt... Tried the London gateway and same thing happens - back on to Frankfurt. Over 200 ping :(
